Ingredients: The formulation includes the Dashamula group, which consists of ten herbs:

• Kasmari (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)

• Vilwa (Aegle marmelos)

• Patala (Stereospermum suaveolens)

• Syonaka (Oroxylum indicum)

• Agnimandha (Premna integrifolia)

• Salaparni (Desmodium gangeticum)

• Prisniparni (Uraria picta)

• Brihati (Solanum indicum)

• Nidigdhika (Solanum nigrum)

• Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)

These herbs are traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and respiratory-supporting properties. 

Dosage:

• Adults: 10 to 15 ml mixed with three times its volume of lukewarm water, taken twice daily before meals.

• Children: 5 to 10 ml mixed with three times its volume of lukewarm water, taken twice daily before meals.
