Patanjali masala oats mainly contain oats, spices, and condiments, including onion, garlic, red chilies, turmeric cumin, black pepper, clove, fenugreek, ginger, and nutmeg, and dehydrated vegetables such as carrot, green, peas and coriander.

1. For every cup of oats, add one glass of water.
2. Cook for 3 minutes on medium flame or microwave for 3 minutes on full power. stir occasionally.
3. Mix well and serve hot. add  salt, vegetables and garnish, if required
