🌿 About Kottamchukkadi Kuzhambu

What it is:
Kottamchukkadi Kuzhambu is an Ayurvedic external massage oil used in traditional herbal therapy to help calm Vata dosha, relieve joint and muscle discomfort, and support healthy mobility and tissue function. It’s especially used around joints, shoulders, back, hips, knees, and muscular areas.

• Kottam (Saussurea costus) — herbal analgesic/anti‑inflammatory.

• Chukku (Dry ginger / Zingiber officinale) — supports circulation and warmth.

• Vacha (Acorus calamus) — soothing and supportive for tissue discomfort.

• Shigru (Moringa oleifera) — traditionally used to help draw out fluid and reduce swelling.

• Devadaru (Cedrus deodara) — supportive in pain and stiffness relief.

🧴 How to Use

1. Warm the oil gently (optional).

2. Apply to the affected area or over joints/muscles.

3. Massage with slow circular motions for 10–20 min.

4. Leave on for at least 30 min before washing off (or overnight for deeper effect).

5. Can be used for Abhyanga (self‑massage) as part of daily routine.

Note: This is for external use only — avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
