Directions for Use

• Oil Pulling (Gandusha): Swish 5–10 ml of oil in the mouth for 4–10 minutes, then spit and rinse with warm water.
• For gum discomfort: gently massage around gums before spitting.
• Recommended once daily, ideally early morning on an empty stomach.
• Do not swallow.
