Composition

Turmeric (Haridra), Milk, Ghee, Sugar, Ginger, Turpeth, Iron Ash, Nutgrass, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Amla, Long Pepper, Cardamom, Embelia, and other classical herbs as per Bhaishajya Rathnaavali.

Directions

5–10g once or twice daily before or after meals with lukewarm milk, or 1 tbsp twice daily as per classical guidance. Children (5–12 yrs): 5g. Children under 5 yrs: 1–2g. As directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
