Composition

Sandu Balant Kadha is a 3-part classical Ayurvedic postnatal decoction series for new mothers. Each formulation supports a specific phase of postpartum recovery:

• No.1 (Day 1–10): Dashamoola, Erandmool (Ricinus root), Sunthi (Dry ginger), Ajwain, Jeera – uterine cleansing and digestive support
• No.2 (Day 11–20): Shatavari, Bala, Vidarikand, Yashtimadhu, Dashamoola – lactation and strength support
• No.3 (Day 21–30): Ashwagandha, Guduchi, Amalaki, Pippali, Shatavari, Dashamoola – immunity and rejuvenation

Directions
