Composition

Purified coral (Praval) processed into fine pishti – a classical Ayurvedic mineral formulation rich in bioavailable calcium.

Directions

125–250 mg twice daily after meals with honey, ghee, or water. Severe cases: up to 500 mg twice daily. Maximum dose: 2.5 g/day. Use as directed by a physician.
