🪶 About Manjishtadi Kashayam

Manjishtadi Kashayam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal decoction traditionally used for:

• Blood purification and detoxification, helping remove metabolic waste (ama) that can affect skin and tissues.

• Supporting healthy skin and complexion, helping in conditions like acne, eczema and other inflammatory skin issues.

• Balancing Pitta and Rakta doshas, which are connected with heat, inflammation and metabolic activity in Ayurveda.

Traditional Ingredients (Classical Basis)

Manjishtadi Kashayam is typically formulated with Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia) as the key herb, supported by other herbs like Tinospora cordifolia (Giloy), Amla, Triphala components and anti‑inflammatory botanicals

Suggested Use (General Guide)

• Adults: ~15–20 ml mixed with 45–60 ml boiled & cooled water, taken twice daily on an empty stomach or as advised by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
