Description

At 5 or 6 in the evening, drink 1/2 (half) to 3/4 (pon) teaspoon of normal water and a cup of tea on top of that and you can eat food any time after 7 in the evening. Or as per the doctor's advice. .

There is no salt or sweet of any kind in Jagrivi Plus powder, hence this powder can be taken by normal patients as well as those suffering from blood pressure and diabetes.

Abstinence

Do not drink milk, mawa, cold drinks, cold water from the fridge and water for 1 to 1:30 hours after eating.

use it

1. Mix a bowl of curd and a little water (100 grams curd and 25 grams water) and use this curd after the morning meal is over (there should be nothing left in the plate). Do not add any kind of sweet, salt or any other substance to curd, use only curd and water.

2. Drink a glass of normal water mixed with the juice of one lemon 3/4 hour before eating lunch. And do not use any kind of salt or sweet in it. And after drinking lemon water daily for 2-3 days, leave it for 1-2 days.
