Ayurvedic herbal jam (gulam/avaleha) with Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) as the key rasayana herb, combined with Yashtimadhu (licorice), Usheera (vetiver) and Chandana (sandalwood) in a base of jaggery, sugar and ghee.
