Shadbindu Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic nasal oil (Nasya Taila) prepared with a sesame oil base and herbs including Rasna, Shatapushpa, Eranda Moola, and Tagara, enriched with goat's milk. Traditionally used for head and nasal care as part of Ayurvedic Nasya therapy.

Common Uses

• Supports nasal passage care and helps balance Kapha in the head and neck region.
• Traditionally used for seasonal head and sinus discomfort.
• Supports overall head and sensory organ wellness.
• Used as part of Ayurvedic Nasya (nasal oil) routine.

How to Use

• Adults: 2–4 drops in each nostril.
• Children: 1–2 drops in each nostril.
• Best done after a light steam around the neck and head to open channels.
