Swaskuthar (also spelled Shwas Kuthar Ras, Swaskuthar Ras) is a classical Ayurvedic rasa formulation traditionally used for respiratory system support. It is known in Ayurvedic texts for helping with:

• Asthma and bronchial issues

• Cough, chronic cough, chest congestion

• Breathlessness and dyspnea

• Phlegm relief and respiratory comfort

🧬 Typical Ingredients (Classical Form)

These tablets often contain a blend of herbo-mineral components, such as:

• Shuddha Parad (Purified mercury)

• Shuddha Gandhak (Purified sulfur)

• Shuddha Vatsanabha (Purified aconite)

• Shuddha Tankan (Purified borax)

• Manashila (processed arsenic sulphide)

• Trikatu group (Black pepper, Long pepper, Dry ginger)
