🩺 How to Use

• Nasya (Nasal Drops):

  • Warm the oil lightly (optional).

  • Apply 2–4 drops in each nostril daily, preferably in the morning after a light face/neck massage and steam.

  • Lie back slightly and gently inhale so the oil spreads through the nasal passages.

💡 This is considered a daily preventive Ayurvedic therapy to maintain the health of the head and senses.
