Composition

Sitopalasava is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid (Arishta) for respiratory and cough relief. Key ingredients:

• Sitopala (Mishri / Rock sugar) – Soothing to throat and lungs
• Pippali (Long pepper) – Improves lung function; clears mucus
• Maricha (Black pepper) – Opens airways; antimicrobial
• Sunthi (Dry ginger) – Anti-inflammatory and warming

Directions
