Chandanadi Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal oil made by infusing a cooling and calming blend of herbs into a nourishing sesame (or similar) oil base. It’s traditionally used in Ayurveda for external application only and is particularly valued for soothing heat, supporting mental calmness, and relaxing the nervous system.

• Moordhataila (Head application): Warm a little oil and gently massage onto the scalp, temples, and forehead to relax and reduce head tension.

• Body massage (Abhyanga): Apply to the body or specific areas of discomfort (e.g., neck or shoulders) and massage for 10–15 minutes.

• Leave on for 30+ minutes before washing with mild soap/water for deeper effects.

Note: Avoid contact with eyes; if oil gets in the eye, rinse with clean water.
