Unjha Mandur Bhasma is a drug of choice for iron deficiency anemia (microcytic anemia) and debility associated with the anemia. In ayurveda, it is also used for amenorrhea (absent periods), dysmenorrhea, jaundice (hemolytic jaundice) and liver and spleen disorders.
