Composition

Jaggery (Guda), Amla, Haritaki, Vidanga, Trivrita, in a honey and ghee-jaggery matrix, as per Ashtanga Hridaya formulation.

Directions

Adults: 10–15g (approx. 2–3 tsp) once or twice daily after meals with warm water or milk. Children (2–12 yrs): 5–10g once or twice daily. Or 1 tbsp at bedtime as per classical guidance. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed.
