Directions for Use

For external use only. As directed by a registered Ayurvedic physician. Warm the oil slightly and massage over joints, muscles, or the whole body (Abhyanga) for 10–20 minutes. Leave on skin for at least 30 minutes before bathing. Use daily or several times per week as advised.
