Composition

Ayurvedic rasayana/lehya (herbal jam-type paste) centered on Thamboola (betel leaf) with Karpoora (camphor), Pippali (long pepper) and Jeera (cumin) in a jaggery and honey base.

Directions for Use

• Adults: 3–7 g/day (half to one tsp) in divided doses, or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner
