SKM Ayurveda's Prasaranyadi Kashayam is an Ayurvedic formulation designed to support joint health, particularly in conditions like frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, and other musculoskeletal issues. 🩺 Dosage Recommendations

• Tablet Form:

  • Adults: 2–3 tablets twice daily on an empty stomach, dissolved in half a glass of lukewarm water.

  • Children: 1–2 tablets twice daily, as directed by a physician.

• Liquid Form:

  • Adults: 10–15 ml with 30–45 ml of lukewarm water, twice daily before meals.

  • Children: 5–10 ml with 15–30 ml of lukewarm water, twice daily before meals.

Note: For optimal results, it's recommended to consume 'Ksheerodana' (rice prepared in milk) as a meal.
