Directions for Use

• Nasya (nasal drops): 1–2 drops per nostril once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
• Start with 1 drop and gradually increase to 2 drops as tolerated.
• Ideal after gentle facial massage and warming steam to prepare nasal passages.
• Wait 30 minutes before or after saline nasal wash (neti).
