Composition

A classical Ayurvedic decoction for digestive health. Key herbs: Kaidarya (Murraya koenigii – curry leaves), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Patola (Trichosanthes dioica), Shunti (Ginger).

Directions

Mix 15ml Kashayam with 45ml lukewarm water. Take twice daily, approximately 30 minutes before meals. Traditional dose: 12.5ml twice daily with 3x water, one hour before food. Children: 5–10ml once or twice daily, diluted. Typical course: 2–3 months as per physician advice. Maintain a 30-minute gap with allopathic medicines.
