Rasnadasamooladi Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil prepared with Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata) and Dasamoola – a group of 10 roots including Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, and Gambhari. Traditionally used for external massage to support joint and muscle comfort.
