Dadimadi Ghritham (‘Dadima’ = pomegranate) is a medicated ghee (ghritam) — an Ayurvedic formulation where herbal extracts are cooked into ghee to enhance absorption and nourishment.

  • Stimulates Appetite: Often used to enhance digestive fire (Agni).

  • Metabolic Health: Useful in sluggish digestion and absorptive disorders linked to Kapha–Vata imbalance

  • Supports Energy & Blood Health: Traditionally noted for addressing chronic fatigue and low heme levels.

  • Safe in Pregnancy: Often recommended to help maintain metabolism and ease digestive discomfort during pregnancy (under physician guidance).

🌿 Key Ingredients in the Sitaram Formula

  • Dadima (Pomegranate) – digestive & carminative

  • Dhanyaka (Coriander) – calming, digestive

  • Shunti (Dry ginger) – carminative, metabolism support

  • Chitraka – digestive stimulant

  • Pippali (Long pepper) – support for digestion and Agni
