Ksheerabala 101 Avarthi Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil where sesame oil is repeatedly processed 101 times (a process called Avarthana) with Bala (Sida cordifolia) and Ksheera (cowâs milk) â this repeated infusion is believed to potentiate the herbal effects deeply into the oil base.
