Sitaram Ayurveda Pinda Thailam

Pinda Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil described in the Ashtanga Hridayam. Prepared in a sesame oil base with herbs including Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia), Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus), and Madhuchishta (beeswax). Traditionally used for external massage to support joint and muscle comfort.

• Helps ease joint stiffness and supports muscle comfort with regular massage.
• Cooling and soothing for dry or irritated skin and tissues.
• Used for body care and connective tissue nourishment via Abhyanga massage.

How to Use

1. Warm the oil gently by placing the bottle in warm water.
2. Apply externally to affected joints, muscles, or areas of discomfort.
3. Massage gently for 10–20 minutes.
4. Leave on before bathing or as advised by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
