Panchamla Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic oil prepared in a sesame oil base with herbs and ingredients that help pacify aggravated Vata and Kapha doshas in the body. It’s traditionally described for use in conditions involving:

• Cold, heavy swellings and lymphatic congestion

• Joint stiffness and dull aching pain

• Poor lymphatic drainage and associated rigidity or heaviness in the limbs

• Regular full‑body oil massage (Abhyanga) as part of dinacharya (daily routine) to maintain dosha balance

📌 The classic description explains that Panchamla’s heat and sour taste (Amla rasa) help to simultaneously balance Vata and Kapha, addressing conditions involving pooling of fluids and heavy joints. It’s typically applied externally as a massage oil only.

🪶 How to Use

1. Warm the oil gently — place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes.

2. Apply to skin — massage with smooth continuous strokes over affected areas or full body.

3. Leave on at least 15–20 min before washing off with warm water or before bathing.

4. Regular use can be part of Ayurvedic self‑care for joint mobility and comfort.
