Information: Frequent bouts of cold, dry cough, coughing up phlegm, nasal congestion, sinusitis and tonsillitis are all a result of abnormal cough. Elements like jeshthamadh, bibhitak, kapur and clove oil recommended by Ayurved arrest the production of cough and eliminate the bacteria completely.
