Composition

Classical Ayurvedic fermented tonic with Adhatoda vasica (Vasa) as the primary herb, supported by Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Pippali, Black Pepper, Nagakesara, and other respiratory botanicals. Contains 5–10% self-generated alcohol from fermentation.

Key Features

• Respiratory Health: Manages asthma, bronchitis, chronic cough, wheezing, tonsillitis, and hemoptysis. Acts as an expectorant and bronchodilator.
• Anti-inflammatory & Immune Support: Antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-allergic action; stimulates appetite and soothes throat and chest.
• Sinus & Nasal Relief: Helps with sinusitis, cough with thick sputum, and nasal bleeding.
• General Support: May ease muscle stiffness and back pain as a secondary benefit.

Directions for Use

• Adults: 15–30 ml, twice daily after meals with equal water. Do not exceed 60 ml/day.
• Children (5+): 5–15 ml, twice daily as directed.
• Duration: 2–4 weeks; extend only under Ayurvedic physician supervision.
