Valiya Arimedas Tailam is an Ayurvedic herbal oil formulated by Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal. Apply the oil liberally to the affected area and massage gently, or as directed by a physician. For oral health, it can be used for oil pulling by swishing the oil in the mouth for 15-20 minutes, then spitting it out and rinsing the mouth with warm water.
