Asana Eladi Coconut Oil is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal oil where coconut oil is infused with herbs including Ela (Cardamom), Twak (Cinnamon), Jatamansi, Shallaki (Boswellia serrata), Guggulu, and Nagakesar (Mesua ferra). Traditionally used for skin care and body massage (Abhyanga).

How to Use
