Rice Flour, Urad Dal, Sooji, Interesterified Vegetable Fat, Chana Dal, Fenugreek, Iodized Salt, Raising Agent (INS 500 ii), Acidity Regulator (INS 295, INS 330).

Directions

1. Mix 1 cup of dosa mix with 1 cup water and half cup sour curd to form batter.
2. Set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Grease a tawa with 1.5 tbsp oil on medium flame and spread evenly.
4. Rub tawa with a damp cloth, spread batter evenly.
5. Add 1 tbsp oil and cook until crisp and golden.
