Composition

• Shankha Bhasma (conch shell calx) – primary antacid and digestive support
• Panch-Lavana salts (rock salt, sea salt, soda salts) – alkalizing and digestive
• Trikatu: Shunthi (ginger), Maricha (black pepper), Pippali (long pepper) – digestion and Ama reduction
• Hing (asafoetida) – anti-flatulent
• Rasa (processed mercury), Vatsanabha, Gandhak (sulphur) – enhance digestive and metabolic action

• Reduces stomach acidity; soothes mucosal irritation in hyperacidity and GERD
• Relieves gas, bloating, flatulence, and abdominal cramps

Directions

250–500 mg (1 tablet) 1–2 times daily before or after meals with lukewarm water. Moderate discomfort: 1–2 tablets 3 times daily. Course: 1–2 months under Ayurvedic supervision.
