🌿 What Arimedadi Thailam Is

Arimedadi Thailam is a herbal sesame‑oil‑based Ayurvedic oil infused with medicinal herbs historically described under Mukha Yoga Chikitsa — the branch of Ayurveda dealing with oral and sense‑organ health. It’s traditionally used as a gargling/oil‑pulling oil for oral hygiene but may also be instilled via nasal routes for head/sinus cleansing.

• Arimeda (White Acacia) – supports teeth and gum strength.

• Triphala trio (three antioxidant berries) – antimicrobial and anti‑inflammatory.

📌 How to Use (Traditional)

🪥 Oil Pulling (Daily Oral Routine):

1. Take ~10–15 ml of Arimedadi Thailam in the mouth.

2. Gently swish around all quadrants for ~15–20 minutes.

3. Spit out and rinse with warm water.

4. Best done before brushing teeth.
