🌿 What Dashmool Tail Is

Dashmool Taila (Dashamool oil) is a classical Ayurvedic herbal oil made by infusing sesame or similar base oil with a blend of ten medicinal roots (“Dashamoola” meaning “ten roots”). It’s a time-honored formulation used in Ayurveda for its warming, Vata-balancing, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.

• Joint & muscle discomfort – Helps ease stiffness, aches, swelling and soreness.

• Back pain & sciatic support – Applied externally with massage for better mobility.

• Post-partum recovery – Supports rejuvenation after delivery.

🪶 How to Use

• Warm the oil slightly (optional).

• Massage over affected joints, muscles or body areas for ~10–15 min.
