4. In a lying position with legs slightly upright, discharge the gel inside the area. Remain in the same position for a few minutes thereafter.

5. After use, clean the applicator with mild soap and warm water, and allow it to air dry for the next application.

For Toning Effect (using fingertips):

1. Wash your hands and intimate area.

2. Sit in a squatting position with your legs wide open.

3. Gently squeeze the tube to get the desired amount onto your fingertips.

4. Apply the gel inside in a circular motion for a few minutes until completely absorbed.

5. Repeat once or twice daily for at least a month.
