Acharya Vagbhatta has mentioned the use of following drugs during the seventh (7th) month of pregnancy – Shringataka, Bisam, Draksha, Kaseru, and Madhukam.
Shringataka (Trapa bispinosa)

Trapa bispinosa is native to India. It grows abundantly in the fresh water lakes of Kashmir, Orissa, Assam and other parts of the country. It is found as an ornamental plant in the lakes of European countries. The plant is a small shrub growing in the water and the long stems take root in the mud of the lakebeds. The fruits and the seeds are the palatable parts of the plant.
Bisam (Nelumbo nucifera)

Nelumbo nucifera, also known as sacred lotus, Laxmi lotus, Indian lotus, or simply lotus, is one of two extant species of aquatic plant in the family Nelumbonaceae. It is sometimes colloquially called a water lily, though this more often refers to members of the family Nymphaeaceae.
Draksha (Vitus vinifera)

Vitis vinifera, the common grape vine, is a species of flowering plant, native to the Mediterranean region, Central Europe, and southwestern Asia, from Morocco and Portugal north to southern Germany and east to northern Iran. Grapes can be eaten fresh or dried to produce raisins, sultanas, and currants. Grape leaves are used in the cuisine of many cultures. The fresh grapes can also be processed into juice that is fermented to make wine and vinegar.
Kaseru (Scirpus grossus)

Kaseru is widely used by traditional practitioners for the treatment of eye diseases, applied over burns, pills and information. It is also used internally to cure vomiting, diarrhoea, cholera, Jaundice, seminal debility, fever, and urinary bladder. Above all it is one of best cardiotonic.
Madhukam (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
