Directions for Use

Add 2 scoops (approximately 25 g) of Quista DN powder to 200ml of lukewarm/chilled toned milk or water and stir briskly until mixed well.

Recommended servings: Twice daily in between meals or at bedtime, or as directed by your health care professional. One serving of Quista DN in 200ml of toned milk provides 212 kcal.
