Himalaya Koflet-EX is a safe and effective Ayurvedic expectorant linctus with Vasaka, Biranjasipha, Peppermint Satva, Sunthi, and Yashti that relieves productive cough and bronchitis.

Composition

Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica), Biranjasipha (Achillea millefolium), Peppermint Satva, Sunthi (Ginger), Yashti (Licorice)

Key Features

• Vasaka: Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Suppresses inflammatory responses in lung tissues.
• Biranjasipha: Bronchodilatory effect — relaxes airway muscles and improves airflow.
• Peppermint Satva: Thins sputum, facilitates easy expectoration, lowers specific gravity of bronchial secretions.

Directions

• Adults & children above 12 years: 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml) three to four times daily
• Children 3–12 years: ½–1 tsp (2.5–5 ml) three to four times daily
• Or as directed by your physician

Precautions

• Stop use if cough lasts more than 7 days — consult physician
• Continuous use beyond 4 weeks not advisable
• Consult physician if pregnant or breastfeeding
