Directions for Use

• Kasni Syrup: 1–2 tsp 2–3 times daily, or add to hot water as herbal tea.
• Prandhara Oil: Inhale 1–2 drops on a handkerchief, use for steam inhalation, or apply on temples for headache.
• Kanth Sudha Pastilles: Dissolve 4 pastilles in mouth, 3–4 times a day.
