Composition

Vidangarishta is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid (Arishta) formulation. Key ingredients:

• Vidanga (Embelia ribes) – Main herb; powerful anthelmintic and digestive stimulant
• Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki) – Detoxifier and mild laxative
• Trikatu (Ginger, Black Pepper, Long Pepper) – Enhances digestion and metabolism
• Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica) – Improves appetite and digestion
• Mustaka (Cyperus rotundus) – Antispasmodic and carminative
• Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa) – Fermentation initiator
• Guda (Jaggery) – Natural sweetener and fermenting agent
